These terms govern purchases on https://littlemotifs.com from Nicolás Alberdi.

Products

All products are digital files delivered by download. Previews on product pages show the actual content; small differences in rendering between screens are not a defect. Example applications are illustrations of use and are not included.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store card data. An order is complete when Stripe confirms payment; until then no files are delivered.

Delivery

Download links are shown after payment and emailed to your checkout address. Links expire after 24 hours; new links are available free from Recover my files for as long as the product is sold and for at least [12 months] afterwards.

License

Use of the files is governed by the License. Breaching it ends your right to use the files.

Refunds

Liability

Files are provided as-is for the uses described. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned, to the extent the law allows.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [seller jurisdiction]. Consumers keep any mandatory rights of their own country.
